"Read to Me"
program for children ages birth - 5)

It's time for the "Read to Me" program at the Grant County Library!  This program offers an occasion for parents and children to read together at home.  Reading together with your child is a cozy time to give each other undivided attention, share special moments, and make memories.

"Hibernate With a Good Book"

Registration begins January 9th.  At the time of registration you will receive a reading log to record the books that you and your child spend reading together.  Reading may begin January 23.  When the log is complete, return it to the library for a prize, a decoration for the Library display, and a new reading log.

If more than one child in the family is participating, the children may be read to in a group and the information recorded on one log.  Grandparents, older siblings, caregivers, etc may also read to the child provided the parent signs the log.  The final day to return a reading log is February 27th.

On Feb. 18th at 6:30 pm, all Read To Me participants and their families are invited to the library for a Story/Craft Time.  Please register for this program separately at the Library for planning purposes.
