Circulation Policy
Materials are loaned for 28 days, with the exception of Adult New Books and magazines (14 days), Chilton Auto Manuals and genealogy materials (7 days), videos catalogs and newspapers (2 days).  Materials may be renewed once provided that they are not on reserve for another patron or a new book.  Materials should be brought in to the library for renewal.

Overdue Procedure
1) There is a grace period of 2 days on most materials (excluding videos, catalogs, newspapers, Chilton manuals and genealogy materials), after which a fine of 10 cents per day will be assessed.  A notice of fines accumulating will be mailed when the grace period ends.

2) Four weeks after the original date, a letter of demand will be sent out with the replacement costs and processing fees for each overdue item.

3) If materials are still not returned, the patron's borrowing privileges will be terminated and his/her library account will be turned over to a collection agency.

4) Videos and DVDs have a fine of 50 cents per day if late.  An additional 50 cents will be added if the item is not rewound upon return.  These materials are not renewable!
